Welcome!  This page will provide you with information concerning work style, efficient means of  communication, and the technology presently utilized at Rainbow Outsourcing.

Communication.  Rainbow Outsourcing communicates with clients via email, fax, telephone, and internet messenger (MSN Messenger).  We also have client rooms for our clients and virtual workers to communicate and share files. 

Technology.  In order to fully integrate our working relationship, it is important that we use compatible systems. All contract workers maintain their own software and licenses and we will ensure compatible software on a project by project basis. If specific and unique software is required by the client that is not normally used in the regular course of business, the client will be responsible for providing that software to the contract worker assigned to the project.

Fees.  Rainbow Outsourcing clients pay by the hour and all time is billed by the minute. Clients may pay invoices via Paypal, traditional check, or money order.
