Rainbow Outsourcing Team Members fit the following criteria:

Fully set up with a home office, complete with current software a current operating system, and a DSL/Cable internet connection.

Highly skilled on the computer, with a minimum of 7 years past work experience in administrative and executive assistant capacity; and/or have a developed creative talent (web design, logo design, desktop publishing, marketing, branding, etc.) that can dramatically improve the marketing efforts of small businesses and entrepreneurs.

An autonomous self-starter.

Positive and interested in attracting a positive work experience.

Available for projects on a project-by-project basis. The hours are flexible as long as the integrity of the project is maintained.

Extremely reliable with high integrity.

Professional and capable of exhibiting the utmost professionalism despite the fact that you may be working in your pajamas.
